经新英格兰高速公路向北行驶98公里即可到达阿米代尔，途经盖伊拉。经新英格兰高速公路向南行驶91.5公里即可到达滕特菲尔德，途经迪普沃特（通往埃马维尔的岔路口）。

经格维迪尔高速公路（B76）向西行驶161公里可到达格拉夫顿，经格维迪尔高速公路（B76）向东行驶67公里可到达因弗雷尔。

乘长途汽车

阿米代尔到滕特菲尔德

新南威尔士州铁路公司（NSW Trainlink）提供往返滕特菲尔德和阿米代尔之间的长途客运服务，以转乘前往悉尼的长途火车。巴士在格伦因尼斯游客信息中心停靠。

南行列车周一至周日早上5:40从滕特菲尔德出发，7:00从格伦因尼斯出发，8:20抵达阿米代尔火车站。北行列车周一至周日晚上17:50从阿米代尔火车站出发，19:18从格伦因尼斯出发，20:28抵达滕特菲尔德。

格拉夫顿至莫里

新南威尔士州铁路公司（NSW Trainlink）提供往返格拉夫顿和莫雷之间的客运服务。巴士在格伦因尼斯游客信息中心停靠。
