阳光海岸（Sunshine Coast），或俗称“阳光海岸”（Sunny Coast），是昆士兰州东南部的一个近郊地区和度假城市，由几个居民点组成。它的人口约有40万人，是昆士兰州继布里斯班和黄金海岸之后的第三大城市，在澳大利亚排名第九。

历史

欧洲人首次探索阳光海岸的区域是玻璃屋山（Glass House Mountains），1770年詹姆斯·库克船长在东海岸航行时，从“奋进号”上看到了它们。

阳光海岸的许多城镇始建于19世纪60年代和70年代，是当时木材工业的简单港口和码头，因为该地区曾经拥有壮丽的森林。同样，该地区的道路也曾是运输木材的大道。伐木工人利用该地区的小溪、河流和湖泊作为水道，将雪松原木运出——这些木材被运往欧洲等地。

乘飞机

捷星航空航班降落在阳光海岸机场

• 1 阳光海岸机场 (MCY  ^IATA) (位于马鲁奇多尔以北 10 公里), ☏ +61 07 5453 1500. 提供飞往悉尼和墨尔本的每日航班。该机场虽然不大，但设施齐全，配有多台自动取款机、租车服务、接送服务以及餐饮和购物场所。 (2025 年 6 月更新)

比尔瓦的布鲁斯高速公路

从布里斯班出发，前往阳光海岸通常需要一个小时，大部分路程都在高速公路上，但这可能会根据您的目的地而有所不同。从CBD（中央商务区）出发，沿M3 Riverside Expressway向北行驶几十米，直到高速公路结束。结束后，右转至M3 Hale Street，它会变成M3 River City Bypass。在M3变成A3之前，请驶入M7 AirportLink Tunnel，直到A3 Gympie Road。到达出口后，驶出并继续沿A3行驶，直到下一个高速公路。大约10公里后，道路变为M3 Gympie Arterial Road，之后会并入M1 Gateway Motorway。

四处逛逛

公共交通

Translink负责东南昆士兰的所有火车、巴士、渡轮和电车，以及区域性城市巴士。该网站和应用程序可用于规划行程，包括完整的导航和实时更新。Apple Maps和Google Maps提供类似体验。

票价

无论乘坐何种交通工具或距离，每次行程统一收取0.50澳元的固定费用，最多可转乘3次。唯一的例外是往返布里斯班机场的Airtrain，费用为22.30澳元（2025年6月），在线预订可享15%折扣。其他折扣票价请参考网站。无有效车票出行将被处以261澳元的罚款。

有三种方式可以支付旅费：

• 非接触式信用卡或借记卡。接受万事达卡或维萨卡，包括Apple Pay或Google Pay等数字钱包。您的费用将在每次上下交通工具时刷卡扣除。火车和电车设有闸机或独特的粉红色验证器，您需要在上车前和下车后触摸。公交车和渡轮在上车和下车时设有验证器。未能刷卡下车将导致固定罚款2.50澳元。
• Go card。Go card可在火车站售票处、公交车道和电车票务机以及选定的报刊亭和便利店购买。该卡需要10澳元的押金。卡片可在同一地点充值旅行费，包括火车站票务机。最高充值金额为250澳元。退还押金和旅行费可能会比较麻烦。如果您最后一次充值是使用现金，可以在布里斯班机场和选定的报刊亭及便利店处理。如果您最后一次充值是使用信用卡或借记卡，则只能通过澳大利亚银行账户转账处理。
• 纸质车票。纸质车票可在火车站售票处和票务机，以及公交车道和电车票务机购买。

乘汽车

驾车是游览大部分景点最便捷的方式，可以在短时间内或按照自己的节奏游览。大型租车公司可能提供前往布里斯班机场（Brisbane Airport）或黄金海岸的车辆搬迁服务。可以尝试在马鲁奇多机场或当地独立租车公司租用新车。

实际上，该地区有三条主要道路贯穿阳光海岸，用于出行。其中一条是高速公路，另一条部分是高速公路，还有一条是普通的城市主干道。该地区的其他道路均为地方道路。

第一条是Bruce Highway (M1)，它从布里斯班开始，在该地区有多个出口，但主要出口是通往Yandina、Eumundi的出口，以及从马鲁奇多和卡伦德拉周边地区进入的南部门户。这条路在阳光海岸境内的整个路段都是高速公路。

Despite being a reasonably-sized city, there are no consulates in the Sunshine Coast and that can be attributed to how close the Sunshine Coast is to 布里斯班.

There are several places of worship in the Sunshine Coast, but all are churches, though of different denominations.

There are several radio stations serving the region. Most are based in Nambour, but given the Sunshine Coast's proximity to Brisbane, most of 布里斯班's radio stations should also work in the Sunshine Coast, though it can get a bit patchy when you go further north towards 努萨 or west into the Hinterland.

The ABC Sunshine Coast is the region's share of the national Australian Broadcasting Corporation, which can be listened by tuning your radio to 90.3 MHz. Commercial local radio stations include 92.7 Mix FM (tune to 92.7 MHz), Hot 91 (tune to 91.1 MHz), and Sea FM (tune to 91.9 MHz), while smaller community radio stations include Salt 106.5 (tune to 106.5 MHz), and Sunshine FM (tune to 104.9 MHz). 努萨's 101.3 FM occasionally has coverage of the Greater Sunshine Coast as a whole.

下一站

If you're looking for a rather more upmarket town, and that has more of a "holiday" feel, just up the Sunshine Motorway a few minutes up north is 努萨. In some contexts, the Sunshine Coast also includes Noosa too, which has a more upmarket feel, including Queensland's equivalent of 邦迪海滩, plenty of splurge restaurants and a 国家公园.
