安多藏语 (ཨ་མདོ་སྐད)，是一组相互理解的藏语方言，是安多（即青海和甘肃的藏语地区）的主要语言。四川省阿坝和甘孜地区的游牧民族也讲安多藏语，而城镇居民（许多人也懂汉语）则讲嘉绒语、康巴藏语及其他内部高度分化的语言。在藏族流亡社区中也有许多安多出生的人。他们通常除了标准的藏语外，还讲安多藏语，以及英语、印地语、汉语等语言。

口语的安多藏语与古藏语非常接近，古藏语是所有文化藏语地区通用的书面语的模型。因此，书面形式采用的是维利转写，即藏文逐字母转写为拉丁字母。

末辅音和后缀

在书面语中，一个音节可以以g、ng、d、n、b、m、r、l、s 中的任何一个辅音结尾。有些辅音后面可以带一个额外的-s，构成：-gs、-ngs、-bs、-ms。

-ng、-m、-n 的发音与英语中的相同。-r 是苏格兰式的卷舌音r，或者美式r（但不会像英语那样改变前面的元音！）。-g 和 -b 可以有两种发音方式：硬音（-ck、-pp）或软音（-kh/-gh、-v）。末尾的-l 和末尾的-d 发音相同，要么是“t”，要么是清晰的“l”。但在某些地方，“ul”和“il”的发音更像“oo”和“ee”，而不是“uht”。

末尾的-s 会消失，所以“legs”的发音是“lack”，而不是“lacks”。最重要的是，如果-s 跟在元音后面（如 as、es 等），则元音会变成“ee”。例如，“dus”（时间，何时）读作“dee”，而不是“duhs”。

“ing”和“ang”发音相同，都像“ang”或“uhng”；而“ung”则发音为“oong”。

属格后缀（相当于英语中的“'s”）“-'i”会改变元音发音为“ee”，但书面语中的“o”会变成“oo”。
