南站

马尼拉大都会重新设计的市营巴士网络更为复杂，但由于PNR通勤火车已于2023年暂停运营，抵达蒙廷卢帕最快的方式是乘坐巴士。所有线路都会在阿拉邦停靠或经过。

• 14号线 马卡蒂中心-阿拉邦 从马卡蒂的马卡蒂中心（Ayala Center）出发，经南吕宋高速公路（SLEX 或 South Superhighway）前往阿拉邦，前往阿拉邦方向的班次为顺时针方向。如果您从北部或尼诺伊·阿基诺国际机场（NAIA）前来，这会很有用。

乘坐吉普尼

您也可以乘坐吉普尼前往蒙廷卢帕，但比巴士慢。蒙廷卢帕的所有吉普尼线路都始发于Festival Mall、South Station或VTX。大多数当地吉普尼线路会前往拉斯皮尼亚斯（Las Piñas）、巴拉尼亚克（Parañaque）、甲米地省（Cavite）或八打雁省（Laguna），少数线路完全在市内运行，例如服务于阿亚拉阿拉邦（Ayala Alabang）和Filinvest City的线路。一些前往八打雁省方向的线路会走高速公路。

乘汽车
