抵达

乘飞机

• 1 德岛机场 (TKS  ^IATA) (位于城市北部). 小巧的机场，每日提供飞往东京、名古屋、福冈和札幌的航班。前往JR德岛车站的巴士需时25分钟，票价为430日元。班次安排与航班起降同步。  

从神户机场出发的巴士每小时在xx:55发车（2.5小时，3200日元）。最近的国际门户——位于大阪的关西国际机场（2小时45分钟，4000日元——购买往返票会更便宜）也有机场豪华巴士运营。

乘火车

从冈山出发，乘坐“Marine Liner”快速列车到高松，然后换乘“Uzushio”特急列车前往德岛（2小时，4420日元）。每天有两班“Uzushio”列车直接从冈山发车，无需换乘（5050日元）。如果您从关西或东方（例如名古屋或东京）出发，在新神户换乘巴士到德岛会更方便——即使JR通行证不包含巴士，对于持有者来说也是明智的选择。（参见下面的乘巴士）

JR德岛线开往池田（2小时），可换乘前往祖谷溪的南行列车。

乘巴士

If arriving from 关西 via 淡路岛, you're pretty much guaranteed to end up in Tokushima. JR Bus operates many services to Tokushima: Awa Express bus service leaves from 神户 and Kobe Airport (2 hours from Shin-Kobe station, ¥3200, 15 daily round-trips), 大阪 (2 hr 45 min, ¥3600, 23 daily round-trips), 京都 (3 hours, ¥4100, 7 daily round-trips), and on weekends and holidays, 奈良 (4 hours, ¥3900, 2 round-trips). 京阪铁路 has its own highway bus that travels to and from 京都 and 枚方.

夜间巴士“Dream Tokushima”号从东京和新宿出发（10小时，单程10,000日元）。

乘渡轮

• Ocean East (オーシャン東九フェリー), ☏ +81 3-5148-0109. A ferry service between Tokyo, Tokushima and 北九州. Both the Tokyo and Kitakyushu runs are overnight; passengers can book Western-style bedrooms, bunks, or sleep on the floor. If you're sleeping on the floor, this is one of the cheapest ways to get to Tokushima. Tokyo ¥9310, Kitakyushu ¥6790. (updated Mar 2017)
• 南海渡轮 , ☏ +81 73-422-2156. A ferry to 和歌山, which is easily accessible from the 大阪/京都/奈良 area. The ride takes two hours, and it operates both day and night. ¥2000. (updated Mar 2017)

四处逛逛

市中心很小，可以步行游览，但可以在JR德岛站旁租借自行车（电话 +081 088-652-6661，上午9点至下午5点），每天500日元。

四国八十八箇所巡礼途经德岛，其中第14至17号寺庙——常乐寺 (Jōrakuji)、国分寺 (Kokubunji)、观音寺 (Kan'onji) 和井户寺 (Idoji) — 均位于市区范围内。灵山寺 (Ryōzenji)，作为朝圣的起点，位于德岛市以北的鸣门市。

• 1 阿波舞会馆 (阿波おどり会館), 2-20 Shinmachi, ☏ +81 88-611-1611. 09:00-17:00. An interesting museum devoted to the Awa Odori Festival. Exhibits include video and panoramas of the festival, and even a dancing Odobotto robot to show you how it's done! There are several daily performances of the Awa Odori dances (¥500). ¥300.  
• 2 德岛城 (徳島城 Tokushima-jō), 1-8 Tokushima-cho, ☏ +81 88-656-2525. Garden and museum Tu-Su. A brisk uphill walk from Chuo Park, behind the station, takes you to the castle ruins and a view over the city. The castle museum (9:30AM-5PM) is set in an exquisite traditional Japanese garden — come early in the morning for a misty, meditative, and crowd-free experience. Admission to the garden and museum is ¥300 adults, ¥200 students.  

通往德岛城的桥梁

• 3 阿波十郎兵卫屋敷 (阿波十郎兵衛屋敷), 184 Ichikawa Naimachi Miyajima Honura (take a bus from JR Tokushima Station to the Jurobe Yashiki-mae stop), ☏ +81 88-665-2202. 09:30-17:00. Once the home of the samurai Jurobe, this is now a bunraku (puppet theater) museum. Performances are held at 11:00 weekdays, with an additional show at 14:00 weekends. ¥400 adults, ¥200 children.  
• 4 蓝屋 (藍の館 Ai-no-Yakata), Itano-gun, Aizumi-cho (kake a bus from JR Tokushima Station to the Higashi Nakatomi bus stop), ☏ +81 88-692-6317. W-M 09:00-17:00. Located in an old house formerly owned by an indigo merchant. For a small fee (¥500-3000), you can dye your own piece of fabric with real indigo, and learn how to create one of the traditional patterns. ¥300 adults, ¥150 children.  
• 5 德岛现代美术馆 (徳島県立近代美術館 kenritsu kindai bijustukan) (take a bus to Bunka-no-Mori Park from JR Tokushima Station, or walk west from JR Bunkanomori Station.), ☏ +81 88-668-1088. Tu-Su 09:30-17:00. One of the most acclaimed modern art museums in western Japan, with work by contemporary Western and Japanese artists. ¥200 regular, ¥600 including special exhibits.  
• 6 德岛县立博物馆 (徳島県立博物館 Tokushima kenritsu hakubutsukan) (like the Modern Art Museum, it's in Bunka-no-Mori Park), ☏ +81 88-668-3636. Tu-Su 09:30-17:00. Natural and geological museum covering pre-historic Shikoku to the present day, with some hands-on exhibitions. ¥200 adults, ¥50 children.

阿波舞纪念馆

• 每年8月12日至15日举行的阿波舞 (Awa Odori) 节是德岛最大的盛事。这个节庆历史悠久，已有400多年，人们遵循复杂的编舞在街头翩翩起舞。正如俗语所说：“跳舞的傻瓜和看热闹的傻瓜都是傻瓜，为什么不跳舞呢！”
• 1 眉山 (眉山). Ropeway 09:00-17:30, later during festival periods. This mountain has 1500 cherry blossom trees, making it an impressive sight at blossom time. At the Awa Odori Kaikan, there's a ropeway to the top of Bizan. The walk down takes about 15 minutes. ¥600 one way, ¥1000 round-trip. (updated Mar 2017)
• 2 德岛中央公园 (徳島中央公園) (Directly behind Tokushima Station.). Some nice gardens and ponds. It makes for a pleasant walk while waiting for your bus, or at night, when people are out exercising and you can listen to the frogs, birds, and other animals. You can climb up to the top of the hill to the castle ruins to overlook the city. (updated Mar 2017)

购物

• 1 Inotani (いのたに), 4-25 Nishi Daikumachi, ☏ +81 88-653-1482. Tu-Su 10:30-17:00. This shop represents Tokushima ramen (pork, seafood, lots of vegetables) at the prestigious Ramen Museum in 横滨. Back home, it's a busy lunch spot. ¥450.

• 1 Alpha Hotel Tokushima (アルファホテル徳島), 2-11 Toudaikou, ☏ +81 88-655-0222. Business hotel about ten minutes from the station. All rooms have a free Internet connection, and PC rentals are available. Rooms from ¥5800 single, ¥9800 twin.  
• 2 JR Hotel Clement Tokushima (JR ホテルクレメント徳島) (directly connected to JR Tokushima Station), ☏ +81 88-656-3111. Luxury Western-style rooms, with a few Japanese-style. There are three restaurants, including one on the 18th floor with a bar. Rooms from ¥10,000 single, ¥19,600 twin.  
• 3 APA Hotel Tokushima-ekimae (アパホテル徳島駅前), ☏ +81 88-655-5005. Decent, clean, and inexpensive business hotel close to the station. Exit JR Tokushima Station and turn left along the main street. From there walk about 3 minutes until you reach a small private bus company on a corner on your left. Turn down this street APA will be in front of you. The hotel is a thin white 10-story building. ¥5500 semi-double (tiny room for 2 people with double bed and bathroom).  
• 4 德岛青年旅舍 (徳島ＹＨ) (A 30-minute bus ride from the station. The last bus departs at 6:45PM on weekdays, 5:35PM on weekends and holidays.), ☏ +81 88-663-1505, tokushima@jyh.gr.jp. Somewhat inconveniently but beautifully located in the green seaside hills of Omiko (大神子). Dorm ¥3000, or camp in the little park by the seashore for free.

• 鸣门 - Check out the tidal whirlpools, but confirm the times before you go — they can only be seen at certain times.
• 美波 and surrounding area - See the beautiful and wild Anan coast in southern Tokushima prefecture. Area around Hiwasa (2 hours, about ¥1000 from Tokushima) is especially beautiful.
• 美马 - a small city to the west of Tokushima city, about one hour by train on the Tokushima line. The city is mostly known for several historic locations, as well as campsites, and outdoor/nature activities (hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc.).
